Returns & Exchanges
We very much hope that you are satisfied with your EWA HERZOG order. If you want to exchange an item or return it completely, this is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Please use the written right of withdrawal and exchange form from your order.
The return shipment is free of charge for an exchange or return for the customer and must be made from an address from Germany. Otherwise, additional fees, taxes and customs duties may apply, which in turn must be borne by the customer.
The general exchange right applies only to new, unused, unwashed, uncleaned and flawless EWA HERZOG articles that have all labels attached. Please make sure that all returned items comply with these guidelines. An exchange or return that does not comply with our policies cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Terms and conditions for exchange:
We are happy to change your EWA HERZOG item to a different size. It is not possible to change to another color or item.
We only offer a free exchange once for the same item in a different size.
- Call us or send an email to our EWA HERZOG customer service and reserve your desired item for the exchange.
- Please fill out our enclosed exchange form and enter a return reason for the item you would like to exchange. If you only want to return the item, enter the reason for the return.
- Please place the fully completed exchange form or return form as well as the corresponding item carefully packed in the package, close it and stick the pre-printed return sticker on the package.
- Bring the stamped package to a DHL branch. As soon as the package has arrived at EWA HERZOG, you will receive a confirmation message.
- Your already reserved EWA HERZOG item for exchange will be shipped immediately and you will receive a shipping confirmation. In case of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Terms and conditions for return:
We can only accept returns for new, unworn, unwashed, uncleaned and flawless items from which our labels have not been removed. Our team will carefully check every return.
We kindly ask you to return it in a parcel shipment. Therefore, if you want to return more than one item from your order, they must be returned to EWA HERZOG in a single shipment.
The return is made with our parcel service provider, through which the parcel was delivered (DHL).
The return is made with our logistics partner DHL, through which the parcel was delivered.
Only returns from the respective delivery country are accepted. If, for example, the delivery was shipped to Germany, the return shipment will only be accepted from Germany
Refund of the purchase price:
After the return has been received by us and the articles have been checked, we will inform you by e-mail about the credit to be made. The refund will be made within 14 days on the original payment method and the same currency as at the time of purchase.
