We ship with our logistics partner DHL. Every order leaving EWA HERZOG is insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance ends once you have received your delivery.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial deliveries, shipping is only charged once.
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Depending on availability, all orders are prepared for shipping within 48 hours. If there is a delay, our customer service will contact you.
Items marked “PRE-ORDER” are usually shipped after 10–14 days, as they are made after payment has been received.

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer.
Tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can check the status a few hours later via the link in the email.
