We ship to our customers worldwide. All parcels are shipped with our logistics partner DHL. You have the choice between standard and express shipping.

Every order that EWA HERZOG leaves is insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance cover expires as soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing with your signature.

Please understand that we cannot supply mailboxes. In the case of partial deliveries, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.

The EWA HERZOG team processes and ships orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET (except on public holidays). Depending on availability, we process all orders within 48 hours and prepare them for shipping. You will receive your ordered EWA HERZOG items within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment. In case of delays, our customer service will contact YOU.

Each order with the words "PRE-ORDER" is usually shipped by us after 10-14 days, as the goods are only produced after receipt of money.

For all orders over 500€ there are no shipping costs in the standard tariff within Germany.

Track shipment:

Once we have shipped your EWA HERZOG order, you will receive an email notification stating the DHL ID number for tracking. You can retrieve the shipment status after a few hours via the link in your email.
