Returns & Exchanges
Please use the written cancellation policy and exchange form from your order.
The return is free of charge for an exchange or a return for the customer and must be made from a German address. Otherwise all additional charges in fees and taxes will be borne by the customer.
The general right of exchange applies only to new, unused, unwashed, uncleaned and faultless EWA HERZOG articles, whith all original labels attached. Please make sure that all returned items meet these guidelines. An exchange or return that does not comply with our guidelines can not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Terms of exchange:
We can exchange your EWA HERZOG article to another size. The exchange into another color or another article is not possible.
We offer a free exchange only once for the same item in a different size.
- Call us or send an email to our EWA HERZOG customer service and reserve your desired item for the exchange.
- Please fill out our enclosed exchange form and return the item you would like to exchange. If you only want to return the item, please enter the reason for the return.
- Please enclose the fully completed exchange or return form as well as the corresponding article carefully packed into the package, close this and use the pre-printed DHL return label sticker on the package.
- Drop off the package at any DHL or Deutsche Post office location. As soon as the package has arrived at EWA HERZOG, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Your already reserved EWA HERZOG item for the exchange will be dispatched promptly and you will receive a shipping confirmation. In the case of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Terms of return:
We can accept returns only for new, unworn, unwashed, uncleaned and impeccable items with our original labels attached. Our team will carefully check each return.
We ask for the return in a parcel delivery. If you would like to return more than one item from your order, you must return it to EWA HERZOG in one single shipment.
The return shipment is carried out by our logistics partner DHL, via which the package was delivered.
Only returns from the respective delivery country will be accepted. If, for example, the delivery was shipped to Germany, the return shipment will only be accepted from Germany
Receiving a refund:
After the return has been received by us and the articles have been checked, we will inform you by e-mail about the credit to be made. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the originally selected payment method and the same currency as the purchase.
